I am a big fan of traveling and that`s why I prepared a list of inspirational travel quotes. If you are thinking of traveling or need some encouragement, I have compiled this list.

- “The traveler was active; he went strenuously in search of people, of adventure, of experience. The tourist is passive; he expects interesting things to happen to him.He goes “sight-seeing.” – Daniel J. Boorstin
- “Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.” – Andre Gide

This is not a quote, but I think it’s good to know. In Paris, young people under 26 have free entry to two extraordinary museums: the Louvre and Versailles. I think this is a great act of culture from the French. 🙂
